Your size is the number of people you train in a year: every classroom place and every eLearning licence booked. You get 10% headroom before you move up a size.

No per-booking fees
Your plan price is the whole price. Bookings through the marketplace, your booking site or entered by your team carry nothing extra per place or licence.
Optional card payments
Take card payments at checkout through Stripe, paid straight to you. A card fee of 3.9% + 30p per transaction applies on Core and Complete (4.9% + 30p on Free). Prefer to invoice? That works too.
Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers training providers who train up to 25 people a year, with everything in Core. There is no subscription and no card needed. Card payments go into your own Stripe account at 4.9% + 30p (3.9% + 30p on Core and Complete).
How is the price worked out?
By your size: the number of people you train in a year, counting every classroom place and every eLearning licence booked. Each size has one flat monthly price. There are no per-booking fees and no per-user charges, so adding staff or taking more bookings within your size costs nothing extra.
What is the difference between Core and Complete?
Core has everything you need to run your training business: courses, bookings, quotes, invoicing, certificates, eLearning, your booking site and the marketplace. Complete is Core with every add-on included (Marketing, Autopilot, Insights, Trainer app, Course builder, Website), for less than buying them one by one.
Can I buy a single add-on?
Yes. Every add-on is sold on its own, priced for your size, and you can add or remove them in Billing whenever you like. If the add-ons you pick would cost as much as Complete, you get Complete instead.
What happens if I train more people than my size allows?
You get 10% headroom first, so a few extra bookings never tip you over. After that you move up to the next size. Moving up starts straight away and you pay only the difference; moving down starts at your renewal.
Do you charge per booking?
No. Your plan price is the whole price. Bookings through the marketplace, your booking site or entered by your team carry no per-booking fee. If you take card payments at checkout through Stripe, a card fee of 3.9% + 30p per transaction applies on Core and Complete.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
There is no setup fee. Pay monthly and cancel anytime, or pay annually and get two months free. Guided onboarding with our team is an optional one-off extra, included with Complete paid annually.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
