Every place booked onto a classroom course and every eLearning licence you issue counts, whether it came through the marketplace, your webstore, or you entered it in CourseCloud yourself. These draw on your monthly allowance and, above it, attract the transaction fee.

Yes. Any booking you record in CourseCloud counts towards your allowance and fees, whether it came from the marketplace, your webstore, or you entered it yourself. Bookings you keep entirely outside CourseCloud are not tracked, so they are not charged.

No. Accepting cards via Stripe at checkout is completely optional - you are free to invoice and collect payment your own way if you prefer.

If you choose to accept cards, a small card fee of 1.5% + 20p applies to each card transaction. It covers card processing and helps us maintain the platform, and you only pay it on transactions where a customer actually pays by card.

Tier 1 gives 25% off your subscription and 20% off transaction fees; refer over £20,000 in a year for Tier 2, which removes your subscription entirely and halves your fees - plus ongoing referral income. Tiers are granted by our team and require agreeing to separate partner terms.

Complete the short setup wizard, add your courses, and connect Stripe. Stripe lets you take card payments and lets us manage your subscription and transaction-fee billing - and the moment Stripe verifies your account, you go live automatically.

Yes, and there is no card needed to start. Your 14-day free trial begins when you finish setting up your account and click Get Started at the end of the setup wizard. During the trial you build your catalogue and can go live by connecting Stripe whenever you are ready to start selling. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing.

The subscription runs annually. We will always be transparent about renewals and what you owe - if you ever have questions about your plan or cancellation, our team will give you a straight answer.
